The "Black & White" capsule collection is the fruit of the collaboration between two artists: Michele Guidarini and Cristiano Carotti. The evocative Michele Guidarini uses an untainted white material ready to be filled with characters that depict his world. Ecclesiastical symbols are at the center of the collection, they aim at upholding all kinds of religious materiality that have marked our history and which influence the present. The result is T-shirts with tattoo-like designs that show life symbols and which live on urban noises.On the other hand, Cristiano Carotti is the black, the magma. With an irreverent allegorical approach of medieval macabre dances and Mexican culture he reveals the absolute truth that materializes into subjects wrapped in a mysterious halo to ultimately complete the image of the "Black & White" series with garments made out of wood pulp from trees, to produce silk-screen printed t-shirts and leggings.
